Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Scope

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the “Learn FPGA easily” website, operated by Mr. Loubiere Théophile, hereafter referred to as “the Seller.”

Article 2: Products

The products offered for sale on the site are digital products. Their description is accessible on the corresponding pages.

Article 3: Orders

Customers can order products either for free in exchange for an email address or by paying the indicated price.

Article 4: Payment

Payment for paid products is made via Woocommerce and Stripe services. The transaction is immediately debited from the customer’s credit card after verification of their data, upon receipt of the debit authorization from the company issuing the credit card used by the Customer.

Article 5: Delivery

After confirmation of the order and payment, the Customer receives a download link to access the purchased digital product. No physical product will be sent by mail or other means.

Article 7: Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has a right of withdrawal for digital products, unless the download has already begun with the Customer’s agreement before the end of the withdrawal period.

Article 8: Liability

The Seller cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance or poor performance of the contract due either to the Customer, to the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party, or to a case of force majeure.

Article 9: Applicable Law

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

Article 10 : Use of Code and Information

By accessing and using the code and information provided on this blog, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
